Senior Valuation Surveyor
Catherine is a RICS chartered surveyor specialising in retail and industrial property valuation. With 15 years of experience, she provides professional valuations for a wide range of purposes including secured lending, taxation, and lease matters.
Catherine's expertise includes development land valuation, capital gains tax assessments, and valuation advice for property acquisition and disposal. She works extensively with property companies and institutional investors providing accurate valuations across the public and private sectors.
